On Creation of a Special Economic Zone of Industrial Productive Type
at the Territory of Gryazinsky District of Lipetsk Region
According to the Federal law "On Special Economic Zones in the Russian Federation" the Government of the Russian Federation decrees:
1. To agree with the proposal of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation on creation at the territory of Gryazinsky district of Lipetsk region of a special economic zone of industrially productive type located on the lots, defined by the agreement on creation of a special economic zone of industrially productive type.
2. To define that on the territory of the special economic zone specified in item 1 of the present Decree, any kinds of activity, except for the kinds of activity forbidden by the Federal law " On special economic zones in the Russian Federation " may be carried out.
3. To establish, that the maximum rent for the lots put to a resident's disposal in accordance with the agreement on industrially productive activity, makes 2 percent of their cadastral cost per year.
4. The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation has to conclude the agreement on creation of a special economic zone of industrially productive type on behalf of the Government of the Russian Federation with administration of Lipetsk region and administration of Grjazinsky district of Lipetsk region.
