The project provides the construction of a two-storey building with dimensions of 30 by 38,6 m (in axes). The first floor is a swimming-pool with 6 tracks and dimensions of 24 by 13,5 m with two locker-rooms and showers, a sauna, a medical room with a laboratory, lobby with a wardrobe for visitors and a cafe-bar. The second floor is a hall for training sessions with two locker-rooms and showers, administrative offices and a balcony with 100 places. The autonomous gas boiler and wastewater treatment facilities are in the draft.
