The project presupposes creation of the museum, engaged in studying of decorative and national-applied art, collecting national clothes of Yelets district, and items of household for making materials, clothes and accessories. There is a small collection of exhibits of mentioned type that will contribute to faster realization of the project. On the base of the museums it will become possible to organize craftsman festivals, master-classes, museum practice for students. That will contribute to creation of more fundamental collection of items, attract more tourists interested in decorative and national-applied art of Yelets area.
