The project aims: - the implementation of the capacity of people in the field of sports, mass involvement of young people, children and adolescents in a systematic course of physical culture and sports, to enhance their health, promote healthy lifestyles, as well as support for veterans of sport; - creating a sports complex corresponding to international and All-Russian level in terms of equipment and number of seats; - strengthening the financial and material resources of the volleybal club l «Stinol», representing the Lipetsk region in the major division of national sport.
