The creation of the federal (international) scientific and environmental education centers are expected to most effectively implement the socio-environmental projects aiming to develop and maintain the most rational use of natural resources, foster care and responsible attitudes towards the environment and their own health, vocational retraining and training (Master of Science degree) ecological and biological profile, as well as cooperation with international community and the scientific and educational organizations and foundations.
