The project envisages the introduction of the automated system of electric power and power-billing and accounting operations at industrial plants, power plants, electricity networks organizations of power supply branch that will provide effective electricity supply to organizations and significantly reduce unplanned expenses. The system is a multilevel information-measuring system with an open architecture and the exchange of information by standards of exchange protocols of MODBUS family and in accordance with the standards E1AK.8-485, E1K.8-232 for measuring channels for data collection
