The project is aimed to develop a technology and introduction of free and free of charge software in the educational process. The project provides for the educational process by software: operating systems, text editors, spreadsheets, graphic editors, databases, programming languages, mathematical packages. Lipetsk State Pedagogical University participates in the testing of a package of free software developed by the group «Armada». On the base of LGPU center free software is organized, which is in charge of the introduction and promotion of operating systems. Joint using of both operating systems as Linux and Windows with the use of technology terminal access allows to use both systems and substantially reduce the cost of the software.
