The project of construction the road «East bypassing the Lipetsk industrial zone» on the sector LTP (Lipetsk Tractor Plant) - road «Lipetsk - Gryazi» of Gryazinsky district of Lipetsk region aimed at providing transport links for the special economic zone of industrial-production type «Lipetsk» which includes withdrawal of transit transport flows away from the city lines. The planned road connects the regional center and the special economic zone with administrative centers of territories and regions, provides international transportation connections with major federal highways M-4 «Don» (Moscow - North Caucasus) and M-6 «Caspian» (Western territories – Volga River area). Financing the project is made from the federal and regional budgets in the framework of the subprogramme «Automobile Roads» of federal target program «Modernization of transport system of Russia (2002-2010 years)».
